Respite Services
Inclusive Connection Care offers Short Term Accommodation and Respite services for NDIS participants in South East Queensland.
Providing temporary support, we offer a break for caregivers while ensuring individuals' needs are met. Our services include assistance with daily activities, medication management, and engaging in recreational activities.
We are dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming environment for NDIS participants and their families.
Community Access
Inclusive Connection Care provides personalised Supported Community Access services for NDIS participants, promoting community participation and enhancing quality of life.
Our experienced support workers collaborate closely with individuals to identify goals and interests, delivering tailored one-on-one support.
With a person-centred approach, we prioritise preferences, abilities, and strengths, fostering social inclusion and meaningful community engagement.
