Community Access

Inclusive Connection Care offers Supported Community Access services for NDIS participants. This service is designed to support individuals with disabilities, mental health and day-to-day challenges in accessing and participating in their local community. Whether attending social events, participating in recreational activities, or accessing community services, Inclusive Connection Care's support workers are committed to providing personalised support that meets the individual's unique needs and preferences.

The Supported Community Access service is delivered by trained and experienced support workers who work closely with NDIS participants to identify their goals and interests. They provide one-on-one support tailored to the individual's specific needs and use a person-centred approach that prioritises the individual's preferences, abilities, and strengths. This service aims to promote social inclusion, enhance community participation, and improve the overall quality of life for NDIS participants.
